Delivery, payment and method of return/exchange


We offer the following delivery options:

Delivery by courier company “Speedy” or “Econt Express” within 24 to 72 hours depending on the location. This period may be extended during busier campaign periods, national holidays or bad weather conditions. You can have your parcel delivered to your exact address (whether home or business) or to an office of the courier companies we work with in your location. You can choose the option of reviewing your order and if you refuse we will refund your money by bank transfer. On receipt you accept the order or you can return the whole order. On return, you pay the courier the postage for the goods both ways. The cost of delivery is not included in the price of the goods.

Payment method – Bank transfer via credit/debit card.

All prices of goods on the site are in Bulgarian leva, include VAT and do not include shipping costs. Payment is made by bank transfer with credit or debit card.




Any goods purchased from the online store are subject to return or exchange within 14 working days of receipt. Products where this period has expired will not be accepted. The product must not be damaged. It must be in presentable commercial condition.

The product you choose to exchange does not have to be the same value as the one you wish to exchange. If the amount of the product selected is less, you may be refunded to a bank account you specify. Once we have received the product you wish to exchange and ensured its integrity, we will send you the item you wish to exchange.

Courier costs will be paid by the Customer. In cases where the replacement is required due to an error or fault of (wrong product sent, wrong color, etc.) the courier costs are the responsibility of the SELLER.



If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from the online store or for any other reason, you may return it within 5 working days from the date of receipt. The return of a product is made after notification to the Seller and only by courier. The purchase price will be refunded upon receipt of the returned item and after we have verified its integrity by bank transfer only. The courier costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer. Shipments sent COD to us will not be accepted.


How to return or exchange an item:

To request a return or exchange for another item, send an email with a return form attached (click here ) to stating:

The order number on which you wish to make a return or exchange

The item number (SKU) of the product you wish to return or exchange

The new item you wish to receive in exchange

The bank account (IBAN) and name of the account holder to which we will refund the amount due.

Once you have sent your request, please send the item you wish to return or exchange to an Econt office at Sofia, ul. “+359 899 191 554 without waiting for a reply from the trader. Or to Speedy’s office at ul. You can contact us at the address “Oborishte” 60, 1505 Oborishte. 605 Oboris, Sofia.

In the case of a requested “Exchange”, we will send the new item to you, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned item from the trader.

In the case of a requested “Return”, we will refund the amount due, by bank transfer, within 14-days from the date of receipt of the returned goods from the trader.

If the item sent is not eligible for return or exchange it will be sent back to the customer’s address at the customer’s expense.

In the event of an error on the part of, courier charges for delivery, and for the return of the item, shall be borne by the SELLER.

In case of any problem, we ask you to contact us and we will do our best to meet your expectations and resolve the case, if any.
